Sale and delivery
Prices include delivery and set-up on the mainland. A speaker is yours from the moment it is delivered, and the order can be cancelled at any point before it leaves us.
Returns
A speaker can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund, including the set-up, provided it comes back in a condition we could sell it in.
Warranty and parts
Five years on every speaker, parts and labour. Drive units, amplifier boards and mains inlets are held for twelve years from the last build of a model, so a repair is still possible long after the warranty ends.
Data
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third-party host. The order form does not post anywhere: it opens a message in your own mail app, addressed to [email protected]. What you send us, we keep only for as long as the order or the repair takes.
